Terms of Service
What does using this website mean I agree to?
By using bientreramqsenc.com, you agree to these terms. The site provides general information about Bien-être Ramq S.E.N.C.'s services and expertise. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, health insurance advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Every client situation is different, and the firm's specific recommendations are provided only within a formal engagement.
Can I rely on the information on this site for my RAMQ situation?
The content on this site is informational and reflects the firm's general expertise as of the date published. RAMQ rules, fee schedules, and administrative procedures change regularly. Do not make decisions about your RAMQ eligibility, claims, or compliance obligations based solely on website content. The firm recommends scheduling an assessment for situation-specific guidance.
What happens when I submit the contact form?
Submitting the contact form sends your information to the firm's intake team. It does not create a client relationship. A client engagement begins only when both parties sign a written scope letter. The firm may decline to take on a matter for any reason.
Can I cancel an engagement?
Yes. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. For claims recovery engagements on a contingency basis, the $750 assessment fee is non-refundable. For retainer clients, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
Who owns the work product?
Reports, analysis documents, and filing packages prepared for a client become the client's property upon full payment. The firm retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data from engagements for internal research and training purposes.
What if there's a dispute about the firm's services?
The firm will first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct conversation. If that fails, both parties agree to non-binding mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. The laws of the Province of Ontario govern these terms.
Is the firm a law firm?
No. Bien-être Ramq S.E.N.C. is a consulting firm specializing in RAMQ navigation, not a law firm. While team members include a non-practicing member of the Barreau du Québec, the firm does not provide legal representation. For matters requiring legal counsel — such as Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ) hearings — the firm can provide referrals.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The firm may update these terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
