Yes. The majority of Bien-être Ramq's work is done remotely — phone, video, secure document portal. The firm serves clients across Ontario, and most engagements never require an in-person visit. The Mississauga office is available for those who prefer face-to-face meetings, but it's not a requirement.

How quickly does the firm typically respond?
